WHO WE ARE

BOLD Community Coalition is committed to Building the Ontario Line Differently (BOLD). Made up of concerned residents and community groups located along the future subway line, we are sounding the alarm on Metrolinx’s failure to consult on their construction plans. Metrolinx’s heavy-handed approach to building transit is leaving Torontonians in the dark and resulting in the unnecessary removal of greenspace and countless trees across the city, and weakening the vibrancy and strength of local communities.

Toronto deserves a world-class transit system that makes life easier for families, workers and students, but these transit projects must be built responsibly, transparently, and in consultation with the people who call this city home. BOLD Community Coalition is calling on Metrolinx to join us at the table and listen to our concerns.
